Kathy is a Maine native, born and raised on Bailey Island in Casco Bay. She started working
in her family's restaurant, Cook's Lobster House at ten and has not stopped working since.
Kathy moved to Fayette on Lovejoy Pond in August of 2005, and purchased her home
through ERA Webb Associates. Now Kathy wants to help you find your perfect home!
Kathy has one daughter, Allison. She graduated from Champlain College in May of 2005 and
moved to Salt Lake City, Utah in May of 2006.

In November of 1993 Kathy went to work for Maplewood Homes as the office manager. She
began selling manufactured homes full time and became the Sales Manager in September of 1997.
Kathy has been a top seller of Pine Grove Homes, earning free trips every year from the manufacturer.
Kathy has been selling homes, both new and previously owned to first time buyers, retirees,
military personnel, empty nesters and everyone in between. Kathy enjoys helping people to
realize their dream of homeownership.
Kathy traveled extensively throughout Europe, Eastern Europe and the Caribbean, in her
previous job as Subscription Manager for Haventa Ltd. - an international subscription agency,
selling US scientific and technical journals to Eastern European countries.

Kathy is now ready to start her third and final career as your real estate professional. She is
eager to meet you and to help you sell your current home and/or find your new dream home.
